Product Usage and Liability
Our products, particularly y-butyrolactone, are intended solely for cleaning or dissolving purposes. They are not for consumption and can be extremely harmful if ingested. We explicitly state that we accept no responsibility for any damages resulting from the misuse of our products. By purchasing, you agree not to use these products for any illegal activities, such as producing chemical weapons or drugs.
Applicability of Terms
These terms govern all offers, agreements, and deliveries from Trade Chemicals Europe BV, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Should the Client's acceptance include provisions that deviate from these terms, such provisions will only bind Trade Chemicals Europe BV if acknowledged in writing.
Prices and Information
All prices displayed on our Website include taxes and government levies, except where stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly communicated in advance. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information on the Website is complete or error-free at all times.
Agreement and Registration
An Agreement is established upon your acceptance of our offer, conditioned by these terms. If the Agreement is made electronically, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of acceptance. For website usage, we require clients to register, selecting a reliable username and password.
Execution of the Agreement
Upon receiving an order, we dispatch products promptly, adhering to the delivery terms stated on our Website. If unable to meet these terms, we'll inform you to either agree on a new delivery date or dissolve the Agreement without cost.
Shipping and Returns
- Non-EU Shipments: We do not offer free resends for orders outside the EU. Buying for delivery to these regions is at the buyer's own risk.
- Returns: The Client has 14 days to return the product without charge, provided it remains unopened and unused. Direct costs of return shipping are borne by the Client.
- Parcel Returns and Shipping Costs: If a parcel returns to our warehouse due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unavailability during the final attempt, shipping costs are not refunded.
- Different Payer and Receiver: Orders with different entities as payer and receiver will be canceled.
- Account Blocking Policy: We reserve the right to block accounts where delivery details change frequently.
- Promotional Bonus Shipping: During promotional periods, each order comes with a complimentary bonus, shipped per order, not per item.
Refunds and Resends
- Refund Processing: Refunds for canceled, returned, or lost orders are processed within 7 working days.
- Resend Policy: We do not offer resends outside the EU. Within the EU, a one-time resend option is available under certain conditions.
Warranties, Compliance, and Complaints
